I am licensed in Louisiana with 7 years of professional work experience. My goal is to provide relief to individuals dealing with many of life’s stressors. I am dedicated to helping those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, worry, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or addiction and are ready to start their journey toward healing and growth. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion through active listening, validation, and understanding.
